The Supply Operations PMM is part of the CEE Area Marketing & Operations team and works collaboratively with the other Product Marketing Managers in driving attainment of the billed revenue and unit targets, profitably, through marketing activities, through-partner / direct sales programs and incentives.

 

Your role is to lead demand forecasting and supply operations for a subset of CEE Subsidiaries, working with local teams in targeting organizations looking to modernize their workplace and transform their businesses with our devices.

your tasks

Core Marketing Responsibilities:

Our core priorities for the business are:

  • Driving a Connected GTM that Enable organizations to work / learn remotely whilst increasing productivity.
  • Support partners & build capabilities to sustain the channel over the long-term.
  • Grow our customer base by solution selling and marketing with M365 in focus industries.
  • Optimize the portfolio to meet customer needs in the new post-COVID-19 environment
  • Enable our future growth by maturing our business operations thru Operational Excellence


Your responsibilities as a Supply Operations PMM include:

 

Plan:

  • Develop strong partnerships with cross-BG teams, business Specialists, PDM's, to get a good understanding of how markets and organizations are procuring devices in order to adjust product demand forecasting
  • Collaborate with both Area and Subsidiary teams to ensure that demand plans are aligned to business opportunity in the territory

Execute:

  • Deliver forecasting accuracy for Commercial sales (devices and accessories), increasing portfolio sales and premium mix vs. budget
  • Align with global supply teams and local sales teams on the best product mix to be produced in order to ensure timely deliveries to channel and customer orders
  • Support End-of-Life transitions during product launch periods
  • Support local teams with supply management operations including support to partners in order management and expedite deliveries

Measure:

  • Grow the of awareness, perception and consideration for our devices in local markets
  • Increase commercial billed revenue
  • Drive a high premium mix
  • Take share from the competition in the premium category
