your tasks

  • actively manage the recruitment process end to end, ensuring a consistent process is always followed and activities remain in accordance with Company Policies, Procedures and Legislation.
  • manage the relationships with souring partners to ensure the right candidates are attracted for the right roles
  • coordinate all internal and external recruitment events to ensure they portray brand in a professional and consistent way.
  • administrate appropriate psychometric assessments to be used by job level.
  • ensure all Talent Attraction activities are deployed across the right channels aligned to Employer Brand standards whilst working towards developing a positive brand perception for company in the candidate marketplace
  • ensure highly effective candidate management at every stage of the process and executing candidate research and evaluation regularly including onboarding.
  • support the HR team on operational and continuous improvement projects, contributing to improvements within the department and the business.
  • deliver accurate daily, weekly and monthly reporting ensuring that MI is analysed to drive performance and meet agreed expectations
  • prepare for and participate in weekly, monthly and quarterly resourcing review meetings producing quantitive and qualitive measures and progress against priorities.
  • train other members of the HR team in the group recruitment processes and system to ensure capability levels are maintained.
  • comply with all relevant internal rules, policies and procedures, including those relating to Health and Safety, Data Protection and all those contained within the issued Employee Handbook and Policies and Procedures Manual.
  • undertake other duties and tasks that may be allocated that are appropriate to the job

what we expect

  • degree qualified, ideally in Human Resources
  • extensive experience of working in a Recruitment role (min. 2-3 years experience in HR)
  • some experience working in a HR role coordinating recruitment
  • some experience of working within an administrative environment
  • some experience of working with psychometric assessments
  • employment law knowledge
  • good communication skills
  • knowledge of process and work instruction development
  • proven ability to multitask differing priorities
  • fluent English 
  • strong MS office skills
