your tasks

  • deploy the attraction plans for current roles or pipeline activity by managing attraction and sourcing activities for vacant roles and pipeline activity
  • end to end management of candidate applications and relationships
  • screen applicants using appropriate tools including conducting telephone interviews as and when required
  • maintain candidate information and ensure the applicant tracking system is always kept up to date with progress and data accuracy is maintained
  • maintaining regular communication with active candidates including candidates in the Talent Pool
  • advise the managers on appropriate psychometric assessments to be used by job level.
  • ensure compliance on all process requirements are effectively managed and adhered to
  • build pro-active relationships with job centres (or equivalent), careers fairs and organise activity at those events
  • support the Talent Acquisition Partner to ensure any associated costs are approved and managed within agreed budgets including tracking of agreed spend
  • participate in any relevant projects to support company to build a strong employer brand within relevant region
  • comply with all relevant internal rules, policies and procedures, including those relating to Health and Safety, Data Protection and all those contained within the issued Employee Handbook and Policies and Procedures Manual
  • undertake other duties and tasks that may be allocated that are appropriate to the job.

  • some experience of utilising sourcing techniques, portals, job boards, linked in, social media and advertising campaigns
  • experience of working within an administrative environment
  • experience of working within a service based role
  • good communication skills
  • good MS Office skills
  • experience of using Applicant tracking and candidate management system
  • excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail             
  • proven ability to multitask differing priorities
  • fluent English
