For our client form banking, sector we are looking for a Technical Project Manager.

The client has noted a significant and continual increase of implementation of regulatory requirements witih an organization. Candidate will be part of a high performing Global team that will deliver effective project management across the EMEA region. A global Regulatory and Compliance Technology Team has been created to provide amplified focus on implementation of Regulatory and Compliance projects in timely manner. This Poland based role, will be part of Warsaw based team and work closely with Global and EMEA Head.

your tasks

  • End to End Accountability of project implementation from initiation to post deployment
  • Key Stakeholder management with various internal customers, partners, and internal and external suppliers
  • Reviewing Business and Functional Requirements Documents prepared by Business Analyst
  • Ensure various Key Project Management matrices, Tools, Training etc are in align with Department expectations
  • Ensure project Implementation is as per organization policies, and procedures and guidelines
  • Provide Project Status along with associated Risk, Issue, Dependencies etc to various governance forums as required by Project governance
  • Aptitude to understand technology architectures and work with various partners for designing solution
  • Support Global and Regional Lead in preparing material/presentations for various forums (adhoc basis) 
  • Collaborate and work with global teams in NJ, Zurich, Poland, and Pune, Singapore

what we expect

  • 7+ years of Total experience, minimum 4 years of experience in IT Project Management
  • Experience in Regulatory Project Management or private banking/wealth management
  • PMI or equivalent Project Management certification
  • Experience in Private banking Operations preferred such as Client Reporting, Client On-boarding etc
  • Ability to work in challenging, demanding and strict regulatory timelines
  • Strong communication skills, ability to explain Business requirements in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders (supplier, partners, management etc) in various forum
  • Ability to build relationships and negotiate solutions while liaising between business, operations, technology
  • Experience with working with Off-shore team
  • High Influential skills

  • Self-motivated and a team player that works wells with individuals and thrives in a complex, global organization
