The Customer Experience Academy (CXA) is a team focused on incubating, launching, growing and evolving talent for the Customer Experience organization. CXA collaborates with the business to design, build and implement emerging talent and professional development programs. We are seeking a talented “Technical Skills Development Specialist” for the EMEAR Region. In this role you will assist in developing key technical competencies for multiple roles.

your tasks

  • delivering training in accordance with CX Academy standards
  • development and implementation of educational material and curriculum. Planing, implementation, and administering of education programs
  • maintainance of expertise in subject area and recommending improvements to curriculum design in collaboration with corresponding stakeholders
  • consulting and collaborating with the CXA leadership in the region
  • consulting and collaborating with peers in technical development around the globe to drive a globally consistent and locally relevant approach to developing business relevant technical competencies.
  • planing and implementation of course materials, including lab topologies for different technical trainings
