your tasks

This Information Technology position is responsible for providing tier three technical trouble resolution for the recording platforms utilized by multiple Citi entities, providing technical support for enhancement projects related to the Voice Recording systems, system monitoring, and project management.

Primary focus will be on the voice recording infrastructure and its proper operation, configuration and support.

Candidate will be required to work with all levels across various disciplines on project execution and problem solving.

It is a critical requirement to work in cross-functional teams within Information Technology and the business; interfacing with the Operations System Support staff, Technology Assistance Center, Service Engineering - Recording Solutions team, System Engineers, and with the vendors.

what we expect

  • Extensive technical knowledge of the NICE Perform and Verint Recording system.  
  • Experience using SQL Server.
  • Strong technical support skills with a minimum of 5+ years’ experience supporting, troubleshooting, and configuring voice recording systems.
  • Experience in supporting Voice infrastructure.
  • Good understanding of VoIP architecture. 
  • Good understanding of VoIP protocols including SIP and H323.
  • Good understanding of SIP trunking.
  • Good understanding of IP network (Switching and Routing).


knowledge/experience of the following are a plus

  • Experience in supporting Avaya Telephony Systems (Communication manager, AES, CMS, IVR).
  • Experience in supporting Genesys Telephony Systems.
  • Experience in supporting Computer Telephony Integration (AIC, Genesys, Cisco ICM).
  • Experience in supporting Session Border Controller preferred ACME Packet, Oracle.


  • Supporting Cisco Telephony Systems (Cisco CUCM, UCCX).
  • Windows Server, Linux (RHEL) and Solaris OS systems. 
  • Good understanding of traffic erlang calculation.
  • DB´s Oracle 11g.
  • LAN/WAN technology.
  • Nice/Verint/Cybertech Voice Recording Solutions with Trading and Contact Centre deployments.
  • Contact center solutions including IVR, Aspect Dialers. 
  • Knowledge of IP addressing and Access Control Lists.
  • Understanding of Firewall technologies. 
  • Ability to perform troubleshooting and problem solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to manage aggressive deadlines.
  • Attention to details.
  • Fluent level of English speaker.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
  • College/university degree preferred.
  • Voice certifications / qualifications. 
  •  5+ years technical / platform experience.
