This training is intended for persons with little experience in the recruitment and selection process. During the training, the participants will:
● learn about managing the recruitment process and methods of acquiring applicants,
● discover manners of presenting offers to applicants and carrying out interviews with the applicant,
● practice methods of carrying out biographical interviews and checking the applicant’s motivations.

advanced recruitment (2 days)
This training is intended for persons with experience in the recruitment and selection process. The training covers:
● review of information on the biographical interview,
● improving Client’s needs assessment skills,
● improving biographical and competence-related interview delivery skills,
● extending knowledge on assessment errors,
● improving funnel technique skills to be used during the recruitment interview,
● improving the applicant’s soft skills assessment abilities.

Competence interview training is intended for persons with experience in the recruitment and selection process. Training goals:
● teach competence interviews delivery methodology,
● improve skills in terms of formulating competence-related questions,
● conducting competence interviews.
manager academy

manager from day one (2 days)
This training is intended for persons who are preparing for the managerial role and persons who recently took a position in management. Training goals:
● prepare for the managerial role, e.g. analysis of the situation when joining the team, building the authority of a manager,
● help the participants identify their strengths and limitations as managers,
● help the participants identify the potential of their team,
● provide basic knowledge on team management (management styles, adjusting the management style to the situation),
● practice the “managerial tools” (delegation, control, feedback, motivation, correction).

This training is intended for persons with up to a year of experience as managers or team leaders. Training goals:
● exploring issues related to team building and management,
● analyzing various managerial roles,
● learning the team roles theory,
● discovering the dynamics of group processes,
● practicing subordinate feedback skills.

team development (2 days)
This training is intended for persons with at least a year of experience as managers or team leaders. Training goals:
● analyzing one’s own approach, resources and limitations in managing development conversations,
● exploring tools for carrying out conversations with employees,
● practicing listening skills on 3 levels,
● practicing skills related to asking deep questions,
● practicing skills related to giving and receiving feedback.

This training is intended for persons with at least a year of experience in a managerial role. Training goals:
● expanding knowledge of team dysfunctions
● analyzing methods for dealing with particular challenges (conflict, lack of involvement, etc.),
● determining the dominant style of dealing with conflicts.

Training participants will acquire knowledge and skills related to assertive conversation techniques, providing feedback using the “I” message, defending against manipulation and proactive approach to working with clients.

the art of presentation (2 days)
The training program covers:
● a discussion of auto-presentation rules and the first impression effect,
● a discussion of the types of presentation audiences,
● improving one’s presentation style (by way of individual performances recorded on video)
● stage-fright handling techniques,
● a discussion of the presentation structure and ways to make it more attractive.

● improving skills related to planning, setting goals and priorities, as well as extending related knowledge,
● perfecting skills related to influencing others through conditioning and assertive refusal,
