- Providing financial advice to managers regarding initiatives to improve the European Projects&Service financial performance and cash flow
- Support external audits
- Proven experience of around 5 years + (Business Controller/Financial Controller)
- Fluent English (B2/C1 onward)
- Proven experience revolved around budgeting, forecasting, month-end closes, P&L analyses, cash flow, and reporting tools
- Leadership skills and the desire to develop in this field
- Know-how of working in the international environment
- Advanced computer software skills, including Excel, and MS Dynamics 365 a nice to have
- People-oriented person, with interpersonal & networking skills
- Willingness to travel once a week to Markersdorf in Germany for a day (company factory) for business purposes and being open for any international business trips from time to time
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a relevant field
