We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager for one of the most iconic brands in the fashion and retail industry. This is a high-impact, strategic role for an experienced product leader ready to shape global digital tools — and serve as the strategic backup and future extension of the current Head of Digital Product.
You will join a team driving innovation across the entire digital product creation process — from concept to execution — building platforms that power item data, product lifecycle, and catalog management at scale.

Co-create and evolve the product vision and long-term strategy for digital product tools.
Own and prioritize the product backlog using a hypothesis-driven, data-informed approach.
Lead the development and continuous improvement of tools for:
Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
Product Information Management (PIM)
Catalog & Item Data Management
Run experiments and validate MVPs — leveraging both quantitative and qualitative inputs.
Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams across global time zones.
Define and track KPIs to measure success and inform future iterations.
Serve as a strategic partner and possible future successor to the Head of Product.
4–6 years in product management, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or consumer products.
Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business results — not just feature releases.
Hands-on experience with hypothesis-driven product development, including OKRs, MVPs, and iterative learning.
Strong analytical mindset: able to make decisions grounded in both data and user insights.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, especially in cross-functional environments.
Technical / Domain Skills
Experience with PLM, PIM, MDM, or catalog management systems.
Familiarity with Salsify (PXM) and Informatica (MDM) or comparable platforms.
Understanding of data governance, product data mapping, and structured product content.
Mindset & Soft Skills
Strategic thinker with strong ownership mentality.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading discovery.
Open to experimentation and failure — with a focus on learning and course correction.
