Due to continued growth, we are currently looking for an experienced professional to take on the role of Team Leader for the OSS (Operations Support Systems) team.

Lead a team responsible for the maintenance and development of OSS/NMS systems (1st and 2nd line support)
Collaborate with vendors on system changes, solution quality, implementation, and integration
Ensure high availability of internal (OLA) and external (SLA) systems
Coordinate projects related to system integrations and new software releases
Support ongoing system development based on user needs and market trends
Introduce standards, best practices, and provide technical mentorship within the team
University degree in IT, telecommunications, or related fields
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT system administration and development, including at least 3 years in the Telco OSS/NMS domain
At least 3 years of experience in team or IT project management
Proficiency in Linux (server-side)
Experience with virtualization and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, KVM)
Knowledge of databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle
Good understanding of IT systems architecture and telecommunications network operations
English language skills at a minimum B2 level
