what we offer

you'll have a significant hand in building and shaping both the new team and its processes
our client offers a full-time employment contract (3-month probation period, followed by an indefinite contract)
after the onboarding, you'll be able to work in a hybrid model (2-3 days in the office per week)

your tasks
active communication with business customers via phone and email in Italian (this is not a call center)
order management from registration, through coordination and planning of deliveries, to monitoring timely completion
resolving delivery-related issues – actively seeking solutions in case of delays or failures
professional complaint handling and customer support in resolving all inquiries.
business consulting – proposing alternative solutions and providing expert advice.

previous experience in customer service or order management will be a significant asset
fluent Italian and communicative English language skills
