The purpose of this position is to lead the contract and end customer business team, enable and continuously improve order and contract execution, and ensure warranty data maintenance in the systems.

- responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the Contract and End Customer Business team.
- together with the team, responsible for processing orders for warranty extensions, supporting customers and branches, setting up service and maintenance contracts, commissioning, and maintaining equipment.
- driving process improvements within the team and coordinating with internal departments to optimize service processes.
- creating and analyzing reports to monitor performance and increase efficiency.
- making personnel decisions (hiring, bonuses) and planning and organizing the work of the subordinate team.
- bachelor’s degree (economics, logistics preferred).
- several years of experience in order management or the service business.
- management experience in a dynamic environment.
- experience with digital process optimization.
- strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a structured way of working.
- knowledge of ERP systems and digital monitoring tools.
- very good written and spoken German and good English skills (essential).
- deep understanding of order fulfillment processes in an international manufacturing company.
- general understanding of tax and compliance regulations.
