your tasks
master data processing
- perform all master data creation, modification, and deletion tasks (VMD,CMD,
GL Master data) in systems including SAP, Coupa, Ivalua, and Jaggaer,
adhering to defined service level agreements (SLAs); - validate the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of master data requests
submitted by various business units; - execute periodic data cleansing activities to identify and correct obsolete,
inaccurate, or redundant data, ensuring high data quality; - conduct proactive data quality checks, including identifying and resolving
duplicate records; - enforce data governance policies and procedures during all master data
processing activities.
operational support
- serve as a point of contact for data-related queries from internal stakeholders,
investigating and providing timely resolutions; - collaborate with other functions, such as Finance and Procurement, to
perform root cause analysis for process challenges stemming from data
issues; - support continuous improvement initiatives for master data processes,
identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains; - participate in system upgrade cycles, new tool implementations, and user
acceptance testing (UAT); - prepare and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs),
such as data quality and request turnaround time.
guidance and training
- provide guidance and training to business users on proper master data
submission processes and data standards;
create and maintain up-to-date process documentation and work instructions
for master data management.
what we expect
- proven experience in a data-focused role within a shared services or similar
corporate environment; - hands-on experience with master data management;
- experience with SAP, Excel and procurement systems like Coupa, Ivalua, or Jaggaer would be a strong asset;
- English required (min. C1) and knowledge of additional languages will be
considered an advantage; - bachelor degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Information Systems, or Computer Science;
- attention to detail: strong focus on data accuracy and precision.
- excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies;
- analytical skills: ability to analyse data to identify issues and trends;
- problem-solving and ability to manage and prioritize multiple data requests to
