    For what purposes and on what basis will we use your data?
    Your personal data is collected for the purpose of sending commercial information, including
    to encourage you to use our products or services on the basis of the consent (Article 6 paragrah 1 point (a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”).

    We strive to constantly improve our services, therefore we want to provide you only with
    personalised information of interest to you. In order to achieve this, we will use profiling based on the Controller’s legitimate interest (Article 6 paragraph 1 point (f) of the GDPR), namely to ensure the best possible matching of the information we send to your needs and interests.

    The use of your data for the purpose of sending commercial information of Randstad affiliates, i.e.  Gerendis APO Sp. z o.o. Sp.k., Randstad Services APO Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. – with their registered offices in Warsaw (02-305) at Al. Jerozolimskie 134, APO Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Łódź (90-441) at Al. Tadeusza Kościuszki 103/105, as well as Randstad N.V. with its registered office at Diemermere 25, 1112 TC Diemen, P.O. Box 12600, NL-1100
    AP Amsterdam, is also contingent on your consent (Article 6 paragraph 1 point (a)
    of the GDPR). You may also consent to the preferred form in which the information
    will be communicated to you (Article 6 paragraph 1 point (a) of the GDPR).

    Personal data to support the marketing process may be transferred to other entities in the
    Randstad Group, on the basis of a legitimate interest of the Company (Article 6
    paragraph 1 point (f) of the GDPR). It is a legitimate interest to use the means and resources of these entities to improve and accelerate the process of providing the information to you.

    How long will we use your data?
    Your personal data will be used until you withdraw your consent (or object to profiling).

    Who can we transfer your data to?
    Data will be transferred to entities processing them on our behalf, but only for the purpose
    and to the extent necessary to achieve the above objectives: to entities providing
    IT services to us, for the purpose of legal advice and analyses of user behaviour, where such entities process data on the basis of agreements entered into with the Controller and only in accordance with the instructions of the Controller.

    In order to support the marketing process, your personal data may also be shared with other
    entities in the Randstad group, i.e. Gerendis APO Sp. z o.o. Sp.k., Randstad Services APO Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. – with their registered offices in Warsaw (02-305) at Al.     Apart from the above-mentioned entities, your data may only be made available to entities
    authorised to do so by law.

    What rights do you have with regard to our processing of your data?

    You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, right to object, the right to data portability and the right to request restriction of processing of your data. our consent is voluntary, so you can withdraw it at any time (including with regard to individual forms of

    Providing your data is fully voluntary and failure to provide them will result in non-receipt
    of commercial content.

    Security of your data is a priority for us. However, if you believe that by processing your
