Jobs at Amazon are primarily open to warehouse workers. In Poland, you can be employed at one of ten modern e-commerce logistics centers located in various parts of the country. What is it like to work at Amazon? It is a combination of the familiar duties of a warehouse employee with the use of state-of-the-art technology. Your daily tasks will therefore include activities such as deliveries servicing, packing and completing orders, and shipping goods. You will be assisted by Amazon Robotics, which are special robots that speed up your work and make it more efficient.

what are the salaries at Amazon?

above all, we are committed to transparent terms of cooperation. You already know how much you can earn the moment you send in an application for a position. As of 1 October 2024, a beginning warehouse employee at Amazon will receive a base rate of 29.50 PLN/hour gross. In addition, they can count on an attendance bonus of up to 15%.

what does recruitment look like at Amazon?

recruitment at Amazon is very simple. In an effort to meet your needs, we have streamlined the entire process, so now you can get everything done online, without leaving home.

The application to Amazon begins with scheduling an appointment by phone. Just fill out the application form on the website or call 22 391 12 12. You will then receive a text message with a link; when you click it, you will be redirected to a website where you need to fill in the information necessary to log in. And that is pretty much it! Finally, you will have a conversation with an online consultant. Sounds simple, right?
