Randstad is a signatory of the United Nations Global Compact and respects and supports its ten principles with respect to human rights, labor, environment and anti-corruption. The principles regarding labor are those outlined in the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work: freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining, elimination of all forms of forced or compulsory labor, effective abolition of child labor, and elimination of discrimination in respect of employment and occupation. We are committed to make the Global Compact principles part of the strategy, culture and day-to-day operations of Randstad and the ten principles are therefore regarded as part of our Business Principles.

dear employee, co-worker, contractor - any person who, based on reasonable grounds, suspects misconduct by a randstad employee, or has witnessed such conduct, has a duty to report it. Concerned persons are encouraged to report problems first through their normal (local) channels, through local management. In the event that local channels of communication have failed, and you are aware of any instances of misconduct, as listed below:

  • violation of human rights
  • violation of the law
  • violation of randstad's good business practices
  • violation of randstad policies or procedures
  • non-compliance with contractual obligations
  • employee misconduct
  • failure to meet health and safety requirements

In the case of the 2nd and 3rd, the anonymity of the notification is ensured, as the notification is handled by an external company using the transcription of the recording, not the recording itself.

Submission is free of charge. Be sure to enter the country code (for Poland 42109) and note the number under which the report was accepted.

The Misconduct Reporting Procedure should not be used to bypass normal means of communication. It should only be used if it is suspected that the use of local channels may be inappropriate or ineffective, and should only be used as a last resort.
