We are supporting one of our global clients in the technology sector in their search for a Python AI Engineer. The role is based in Wrocław with a hybrid work arrangement. As a Python AI Engineer, you will work within the Data & AI team on cutting-edge AI technologies. Your focus will be on production-grade coding, algorithm design, and development for unstructured data processing. You will contribute to innovative projects such as sentiment analysis, PII data reduction, vectorized databases (MongoDB Vector), and the implementation of an in-house Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system as part of the AI acceleration program.what we offer

your tasks

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI algorithms and solutions using Python
• Work with unstructured data intake pipelines and apply generative AI techniques
• Implement, test, and maintain AI models and related algorithms following TDD and best practices
• Collaborate with the Data & AI team on advanced AI initiatives, including sentiment analysis and PII data reduction
• Contribute to the implementation of in-house RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems
• Ensure observability, monitoring, and maintainability of AI solutions

what we expect

• Strong proficiency in Python and experience in algorithm design for AI applications
• Hands-on experience with generative AI techniques and unstructured data processing
• Familiarity with TDD (Test-Driven Development) and software engineering best practices
• Understanding of observability tools and practices for AI/Cloud systems
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid team environment
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Previous experience in production-grade AI/ML projects is highly desirable
