We have the perfect job offer for you! what we offerFull time employment and benefitsTaking part in ambitious and creative projectsFriendly and open team of colleaguesComfortable working hours (8/9) and attractive salaryyour tasksWe are looking for a Supplier Quality Inspector to work with the Operations Team to inspect and ensure that our quality criteria is appropriate and that these standards are achieved throughout our suppliers and by our assembly teams for all products. Defining quality requirements for all new products Performing inspections at all stages of the process including:- Suppliers processes and facilities - calls, visits and audits if needed- Raw materials examinations before fabrication begins- Dimensional checks- Visual assessments- Final builds sign-offsCreating and handling complaints reports and returns of defective components (complaints related to suppliers, assembly or transport) Controlling and updating quality-related documents (e.g. non-conformity reports, 8D, root cause analysis, FMEA) Reviewing and maintaining quality files, procedures and working instructions Cooperation with other departments of the company (logistics, assembly department, quality manager) Assistance in supplier audits together with the quality manager Continually considering opportunities to improve quality Keeping the Quality Manager informed of significant occurrences and trends that impact the quality of our products and manufacturing processeswhat we expect Higher technical education (quality/mechanics and machine building/technologies in production/production management/production processes/design) Min. 2-3 years of experience in a similar position (preferably in the metal fabrication / welding industry) Able to communicate clearly in Polish and English (verbal and written) Working knowledge of international quality systems Clear understanding of engineering drawings Familiar with ISO, EN, BS, AWS and AISC Codes applicable to steel fabrication and erection Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, particularly about the production of clear and concise technical, and non-technical reports Able to establish good working relationships with clients and colleagues Knowledge 3D / 2D modelling programs AutoCAD / Solidworks (for reading documentation)Nice to have:Knowledge and understanding of NDT processes for piping and structural fabricationKnowledge and understanding of blasting and painting processes for steel fabricationAgencja zatrudnienia nr wpisu 47
