We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for the Client's team in Krakow, Poland. He or she will own the creation and maintenance of the product backlog, define requirements, track KPIs, and lead every aspect of the product development lifecycle. Critical to success in this role will be building and maintaining communication loops between local engineering teams, customers, stakeholders, marketing, project management, and commercial teams across time zones.

- Take ownership of a product development roadmap for Clients ad exchange data features.
- Maintaining product and market knowledge base, contributing to the creation of training materials.
- Manage products throughout its life cycle.

- Defining experiments to validate the POCs of business problem solutions.
- Stay abreast of market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and incorporate new product features on an ongoing basis.

- Providing information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product plans, reports and analyses; answering questions and requests.
- Building relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other teams.
- Building consensus and driving execution.
- 7 + years of Product Management experience in advertising or related industry.
- Analytic or technical background with a proven ability to work in high-scale data environments.
- Experience in a fast-paced agile development environment.
- Proven ability to deliver high-impact product functionality to stakeholder teams. Understanding of relevant issues in ad quality, data, and user privacy.
- Experience in advertising technology with a broad understanding from publisher through advertiser client’s needs.
- Experience with external partner management and delivering on contractual agreements.
