your tasks
- create and manage multilingual technical documentation (data sheets, product labels, knowledge articles, manuals),
- edit technical graphics in compliance with ISO 7010 and ANSI Z535 standards,
- use and maintain digital asset and product information systems (SCHEMA ST4, Teamcenter, CANTO/DAM),
- collaborate with R&D, portfolio management, sales, service, and marketing teams,
- coordinate translation requests with certified external agencies,
- maintain and update content in Salesforce Knowledge, Service Cloud, and other knowledge bases,
- manage ISO-compliant STC workflows, upload firmware/software into asset management systems.
what we expect
Education & Experience:
- university degree in Technical Communication, Information Technology, or a related field,
- professional experience in technical documentation or content engineering,
- ideally, previous exposure to industrial sectors (e.g., photovoltaics, power electronics, automation).
Technical Skills:
- proficiency with SCHEMA ST4, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Siemens Teamcenter, JIRA, Salesforce,
- familiarity with structured authoring (DITA, XML), PLM, DAM, and technical documentation standards (CE, UL, ISO, ANSI),
- ability to create and edit technical illustrations, diagrams, and schematics,
- knowledge of electrical/electronic systems is a strong plus.
Languages:
- German – minimum C1 level (for reading, writing, and creating technical documentation)
- English – minimum B2 level (for working in an international team and writing internal documentation)
Soft Skills:
- attention to detail and strong commitment to content quality,
- ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines,
- atrong communication and teamwork skills, especially in international environments,
- experience working in Agile teams is an asset.
