I started my adventure with randstad in June 2008. I became a leading consultant in the first Randstad Inhouse Services office in Silesia at a client with whom I work to this day, but in a different role.
I started working at randstad as a consultant, working for many years in over 10 Randstad Inhouse Services offices on the premises of our clients.
As a consultant, I participated in the opening and development of new offices appearing in Silesia. I recruited and implemented new consultants. While working at randstad, I gave birth to a child, and immediately after the maternity leave, I took part in internal recruitment and took the position of Junior Process Manager.
For two years, I fulfilled this position and managed the cooperation with 10 clients of Randstad Inhouse Services. In 2017, I participated in a talent program. Currently, I manage teams that support our clients as part of Randstad Inhouse Services.
