Why and on what basis will we use your data?

Your personal data will be collected to send you our current job offer newsletter based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016, further referred to as “GDPR”). We are committed to continuously improving our services and we would like to provide you only with interesting, personalized information. To this end, we will use profiling based on our legitimate interest as the Data Controller (Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR) which is to best match the submitted information to your needs and interests. On the same legal basis, we will perform customer delight survey in order to improve recruitment processes for (prospective) employers. To support the job offer newsletter distribution, your personal data may be transferred do other Randstad entities based on the Company’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR). The legitimate interest is the usage of these entities’ measures and assets to improve and speed up the transfer of information for you.

How long will we be using your data?

Your personal data will be used until you revoke your consent (or you object to profiling).

With whom can we share your data?

Your data will be transferred to entities processing the data at our request, but only for the purpose and within the scope necessary to perform the above mentioned purposes: IT service providers, legal advice and user behavior analysis; such entities process data under agreements with the Data Controller and in accordance with the Controller’s instructions. For support of the marketing process, personal data can also be shared with other Randstad Group entities, i.e. Gerendis APO Sp. z o.o. Sp.k., Randstad Services APO Sp. z o.o. Sp.k., APO Sp. z o.o., as well as Randstad Sourceright and Randstad N.V. Apart from the listed entities, your data may be shared only with entities authorized pursuant to the provisions of law.

What are your rights in respect to our processing of your personal data?

You have the right to request access to data, their rectification, removal, transfer and restriction of their processing, and to object their processing. The consent is voluntary, so you may withdraw your consent at any time and this will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. The security of your personal data is our priority.
