We are looking for a person who will be hired to deal with the upcoming new requirements related to the EU Deforestation Regulation. Given the need to have Due Diligence Statements as a condition to purchase and sell certain company products produced out of commodities which are related to Deforestation, this person will deal with the internal and external work connected to those requirements.
Ensure operational compliance with EU Deforestation Regulation requirements through handling, maintaining and submitting to the EU Commission TRACE system Due Diligence Statements provided by company suppliers or issued by the company.

- manage PO/SO blocks on daily basis within SAP
- maintain DDS# in the systems
- apply for DDS# in TRACES for different Ecolab/Nalco
- escalation of non-compliance cases
- participate in supplier due diligence assessments
- collaborate with various departments, including Supply Chain, Procurement, Regulatory, Sustainability, Customer Service
- main point of contact for different departments for any EUDR related questions (e.g. from Customer Service, Material Planners)
- handle direct customer requests (product portfolio impacted, prioritization of key customers orders)
- supporting non-integrated businesses
- degree in a related technical discipline and minimum two years’ experience
- fluent in English
- good knowledge of Excel & Power Point
- good communication skills, knowledge on SAP will be an asset
