- review and moderate user content using internal tools to ensure safety and policy compliance
- stay updated on evolving guidelines and investigate complex content violations
- escalate high-stakes issues to the Trust & Safety team and advocate for user security
- contribute to workflow improvements to enhance moderation speed and quality
- participate in training and discussions on sensitive topics to maintain a non-toxic environment
- fluency in English and Danish (minimum upper-intermediate level)
- exceptional attention to detail combined with the ability to quickly synthesize and analyze complex information from various sources
- a deep understanding of and passion for internet culture, online platforms, and how digital communities operate
- flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing business needs and evolving client guidelines
Nice to have:
- prior experience in Content Moderation, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), or Customer Service roles is a significant advantage.
