Transformational Facilitation
- Virtually deliver leadership programmes and workshops for diverse, global leader cohorts.
- Enable leaders to challenge assumptions, reflect on their style, and turn insights into action.
- Foster inclusive, psychologically safe virtual environments that encourage dialogue and shared learning.
- Adapt facilitation styles to suit various cultural contexts and leadership maturity levels.
Community & Collaboration
- Act as a credible role model for transformational mindsets and behaviours in every interaction.
- Foster a global leadership community through peer learning and shared ownership of the framework.
- Participate in "Communities of Practice" and calibration sessions with other facilitators to ensure global consistency.
- Partner with internal L&D teams to align delivery with enterprise goals and provide feedback for program evolution.
Quality & Impact
- Maintain high facilitation standards to build trust and credibility with senior leaders.
- Monitor participant engagement and behavioural shifts to measure and strengthen program impact.
- Support the long-term embedding of new leadership habits through ongoing reflection and accountability.

- Leadership Facilitation: Proven track record in delivering leadership programmes, specifically in transformational and culture-shaping contexts.
- Language Proficiency: Advanced English skills (C1/C2) for fluent communication and high-impact facilitation in an international business environment.
- Virtual Expertise: Strong presence and confidence in engaging large, global audiences via virtual platforms.
- Senior Engagement: Ability to challenge leaders and facilitate meaningful, reflective dialogue at high organizational levels.
- Methodological Depth: Deep understanding of adult learning, behaviour change, and experiential methodologies.
- Collaborative Autonomy: Ability to work independently as a contractor while actively engaging in a global facilitator community.
