coordinate with the marketing team on product listing updates and reporting needs
monitor products sold via eCommerce from inventory and content perspectives; implement or request improvements as needed
understand and apply pricing structures between JDE and the website, including editing prices and managing promotional offers
use Google Analytics and other tools to monitor performance and identify trends or issues
support the creation and management of regular and ad hoc eCommerce reports
assist in end-to-end website eCommerce process monitoring, including product, discount, and checkout pages
manage “Buy Now” reporting and admin: add new products/variants, update retailers, and monitor ChannelSight or similar tools
what we expect
understanding of eCommerce best practices
strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
working knowledge of CMS systems like Optimizely (or similar)
familiarity with online merchandising and assortment planning is a plus
some experience with supply chain or forecasting processes is an advantage
proficiency in Google Analytics and eCommerce platforms
good communication and project coordination skills
strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
availability to support ongoing projects on a part-time, freelance basis
