- Allocating incoming payments to the correct customer accounts and invoices across European markets
- Investigating and resolving unallocated cash by liaising with customers and business partners in different countries
- Processing customer refunds in accordance with company policies and local regulatory requirements
- Accurately recording all incoming payments and resolving discrepancies
- Preparing and executing domestic and international bank transfers in multiple currencies
- Supporting the preparation of bank account top-ups and submission of payment lists
- Submitting payment lists for approval and ensuring timely execution via electronic banking platforms
- Assisting in resolving rejected transfers and verifying payment statuses
- Providing transfer confirmations to internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting communication with European banks regarding payment issues
- Good communication skills in English and Spanish or French
- Experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in an SSC or international environment - up to 1-2 year of for junior position and 2-3 years for mid level
- Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Additional knowledge of Swedish or Norwegian will be a plus
- Basic understanding of financial processes and banking operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP or banking systems is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to work in a multicultural environment
