your tasks
- Transformation & Service Management – developing new value chains and establishing new services for GBS.
- Building Teams – lead the establishment of a brand-new team in Poland from inception including the recruitment campaign and onboarding of new staff
- Operational Management – lead the delivery of high quality, consistent, effective and efficient services from the Poland Centre.
- Stakeholder & Change Management – builds long term and sustainable relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
methodology to help win hearts and minds both in the new centre and in the donor regions. - People Management – motivates, coaches and manages staff towards the achievement of their goals. Provides regular feedback including documented performance management.
what we expect
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a financial accounting and reporting management role (or equivalent) including a strong working knowledge of IFRS
- Professional education in Finance Operations
- Proficiency in English and/or German
- Track record of delivery in financial control or GBS finance services management
- Proven capability in process improvement and optimisation including process standardisation and automation
- Strong performance management skills, including rigorous attention to detail and consistent focus on metrics and KPIs
- Good understanding of finance system management including SAP Finance and R2R technology solutions
