your tasksYou will support the efficient management and administration of daily fleet operations within the Fleet Frontline Administration (SSC) department. You will report directly to the Frontline Team Leader Fleet and contribute to maintaining accurate records, resolving incidents, and ensuring smooth operational processes.
Responsibilities:
- Administering, managing, monitoring, and resolving incidents within the Fleet business
- Recording, documenting, monitoring, and analyzing relevant data to support fleet operations
- Managing customer and supplier accounting and inventory management to maintain accurate records and efficient processes
- Managing and providing customer and service provider reporting
- Supporting accurate and timely handling of fleet-related documentation and compliance requirements
Education, Master, other certification:
- Higher Vocational Training or degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Management, or equivalent field
Experience:
- Minimum one year of experience in fleet administrative tasks, including internships or work experience demonstrating proficiency in administrative responsibilities
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of SAP and Fleetbridge (preferred)
- Experience in fleet management systems (preferred)
- Knowledge of CRM/ticketing systems such as Freshdesk or Salesforce (preferred)
Languages Skills:
- Spanish C1
