- be the master of data: take full ownership of order management and ensure the flawless accuracy of all master data systems;
- become the ultimate problem-solver: proactively monitor, manage, and swiftly resolve any incidents within the fleet business, keeping everything running smoothly for our Spanish-market clients;
- turn data into strategy: go beyond just recording; you will analyze key data to provide critical insights that support and optimize complex fleet operations;
- drive financial efficiency: manage customer and supplier accounting with precision, ensuring financial records are perfect and processes are lean;
- create and deliver insightful, clear reports for both internal customers and external service providers, helping everyone make smarter decisions.
- fluency in English (B2/C1) & Spanish (C1) or Polish (C1) is essential;
- degree (or equivalent Higher Vocational Training) in Business Administration, Economics, Business Management, or a related field;
- experience: A minimum of one year of experience in administrative tasks;
- previous experience in a fleet or logistics environment is highly valued;
- you are a master of organization with a clear vision for success;
- you thrive in a team, communicating productively and collaborating effectively;
