For our Client, a well-known company within the industrial sector, we are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner.
This role is designed for a specialist who thrives on independence. You will be responsible for shaping HR processes and policies for the Polish operations, which are a vital part of a thriving international holding.
In this position, you will work closely with the local Managing Director to drive business results, while maintaining a functional reporting line to the HR Manager in the Netherlands. This is a unique opportunity to combine local impact with an international perspective.

your tasks
- lead and manage recruitment processes for various positions, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience,
- develop and implement HR projects, including the creation of a job evaluation system and a transparent salary structure for the Polish entity,
- advise management on HR best practices and compliance with local labor laws,
- support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to building a positive workplace culture,
- maintain accurate HR records and ensure transparency in compensation and benefits,
- manage employment contracts and ensure legal compliance with any HR activities and policies.
what we expect
- Bachelor’s degree in HR and proven experience as an HR professional, preferably in an international organization,
- fluent in both Polish and English (written and spoken).
- working knowledge of HR operations including new-hire on-boarding, facilitating performance evaluation, and data consolidation /management of employee workload balance,
- strong knowledge of Polish labor law and HR regulations,
- ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously,
- excellent communication and organizational skills.
