Support the design and execution of customer-centric omnichannel engagement strategies across multiple platforms. The role ensures seamless coordination of digital and traditional touchpoints to enhance healthcare professional and patient experiences.

- Assist in planning and implementing omnichannel campaigns in alignment with brand objectives.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and analytics teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on engagement metrics.
- Support content adaptation for various channels
- Maintain compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements for digital communication.
- Provide administrative and operational support for omnichannel initiatives, including scheduling and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer journeys and improve engagement quality.
- Stay updated on emerging digital tools and omnichannel best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, digital engagement, or customer experience
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Good knowledge of digital communication
- Previous experience in (digital) marketing roles in pharma companies or consultancy agencies is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret engagement data.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, matrix environment.

- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.
