We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our Client international team and support data accuracy, workforce planning, and the global implementation of VNDLY. Extract, clean, and analyze data from VNDLY, Workday, and Excel templates;
Maintain and enhance dashboards and reports to support workforce planning, spend tracking, and compliance monitoring;
Collaborate with CTS Coordinators, HRIS Analysts, and Project Teams to ensure data consistency and resolve discrepancies;
Support bulk data uploads and migrations using VNDLY templates (e.g., contractor profiles, rate cards, job templates);
Monitor data quality and proactively identify and correct anomalies;
Contribute to the global rollout of VNDLY;
Create and maintain process documentation, job aids, and workflows;
Participate in project planning, testing, and implementation of VNDLY upgrades and integrations;
Provide ad hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field;
2+ years of experience in data analysis, ideally in HRIS or workforce-related environments;
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros); knowledge of SQL or Power BI is a plus;
Familiarity with VNDLY, Workday, or similar VMS/HRIS platforms is an advantage;
High attention to detail and data accuracy;
Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional, international teams
