- manage and update global learning programs within the LMS (Learning Management System), including creating/updating sessions, events, and accurately recording course completion data;
- be fully accountable for data input, integrity, and administration across all relevant systems to guarantee effective and high-quality data management;
- administer user licenses for language and online learning platforms;
- participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new tools, systems, or processes;
- ensure timely resolution of all incoming employee cases and queries related to the learning offer via the centralized ticketing system;
- troubleshoot learning system issues and escalate problems to appropriate technical teams as needed;
- generate and distribute learning reports by leveraging existing dashboards and various data sources to support effective decision-making;
- contribute positively to a knowledge-sharing environment by documenting and sharing relevant work knowledge and experience to continuously build the knowledge database;
- maintain and update online and digital learning assets within designated platforms (e.g., Fuse communities).
- English lvl min. C1;
- bachelor’s Degree;
- knowledge and working experience in learning management system maintenance and administration;
- strong verbal and written communication skills;
- high attention to detail, organization, and deadlines and can work with minimum supervision;
- has good analytical skills;
- resolve learning system issues that are within scope and prepare learning reports as per stakeholder requirements;
- customer oriented; having a positive attitude, eager to help customers and anticipate their needs;
- team player, has strong collaboration skills;
- proficiency with MS Office suite;
- ability to quickly learn new processes, tools, applications
