your tasks
As the Marketing Manager – Europe, you will drive regional marketing success by:
Leading New Business Marketing Support: Providing critical marketing support, including managing and coordinating high-quality responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs) within strict deadlines.
Driving European Brand Strategy: Localizing and activating the global brand strategy across Europe, ensuring brand consistency while maintaining regional relevance.
Supporting Go-to-Market: Assisting with go-to-market planning for new service offerings and facilities across the European market.
Creating Targeted Content: Collaborating with sales to develop and adapt marketing materials, presentations, and tools specifically tailored for European audiences.
Managing Regional Communications: Overseeing regional PR, case studies, and thought leadership initiatives, and managing the translation and localization of content for multilingual markets.
Coordinating Events & Partnerships: Planning and coordinating the company’s presence at key European trade shows and industry events and developing strategic co-marketing partnerships.
Providing Analytics & Insights: Measuring and reporting on content effectiveness and lead performance for the region, providing actionable recommendations for continuous strategy refinement.
Ensuring Cross-Functional Collaboration: Maintaining close monthly collaboration with the US Corporate Marketing team and European Sales/Leadership to ensure strategic alignment.
Monitoring Trends: Staying up-to-date with European marketing trends, tools, and competitive activities to advance regional strategy.
what we expect
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within experiential marketing, events, or related industries. - Proven ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong understanding of the European marketing landscape, including GDPR compliance and cultural considerations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Fluent in English; and proficiency in German - will be nice to have
- Ability to work with PC-based and Mac-based computers and all related software programs, including Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, the Adobe Suite of products, CRM software, preferably Oracle.
- Must excel in the following skills: organization, attention-to-detail, pro-activeness, easily adaptable / self-starter in a constant-changing environment, and multi-tasking.
- A versatile marketing professional who blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution across digital, event, and content marketing.
- Experience working within a global or U.S.-headquartered organization will be nice to have
