- gather essential customer data (contacts, business details, required information).
- augment Master Data with critical attributes for customer classification and supporting Order-to-Cash and sales analysis.
- maintain and update customer records in company systems; ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- work closely with Sales and internal departments to ensure seamless customer onboarding and data integration.
- ensure data collection and management comply with data protection regulations and internal policies.
- generate and analyze reports on data accuracy/classification to support business strategy.
- focus on continuous data quality improvement and identify processes for potential automation.
- high school diploma or equivalent.
- knowledge of Spanish and English at an advanced level
- knowledge of Polish at an advanced level
- at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, order-to-cash roles, data management, or a related role.
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- proactive and solution-oriented.
- willingness to collaborate effectively in interdisciplinary teams.
- working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SAP systems is a plus.
