For our client we are looking for a person for the position of  MS Dynamics CRM Lead

For our client we are looking for an individual to manage an IT project in the area of digital transformation, based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. We are looking for a MS Dynamics CRM Lead. who is not only familiar with the technology, but also able to translate business needs into effective and scalable solutions.

• Design of solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform
• Customisation and development of CRM functionalities, mainly in the areas of sales (Sales), customer service (Customer Service) and portals
• Collaboration with development and business teams on integrations with legacy, on-prem and cloud system
• Support in requirements analysis, architecture design and technology decisions
• Creation and supervision of technical and functional documentation

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Experience working in a technical leadership/architecture rol
• Practical knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Experience in designing CRM solutions and their integration with other systems
• Ability to adapt the system to specific customer needs
• Ability to create technical and functional documentation
• Knowledge of the English language at a level that allows free communication (min. B2).
