your tasks

• ensuring stock data integrity through cross-system and database reconciliation
• clarifying discrepancies with other departments
• creating summaries and reports for the department's needs
• order management and order to cash process support

what we expect

• a self-driven professional with a university degree, preferably in Logistics, International Trade, or Supply Chain
• motivated to learn billing  and order management processes and grow within Order to Cash
• experience or background in logistics, supply chain, Order Management, or Fulfilment would be an additional advantage
• a fluent English speaker, both written and spoken
• understanding of operational Supply Chain processes or willingness to learn
• familiarity with basic accounting principles
• ability to utilize AI tools, knowledge of SAP is a plus
