• collecting, maintaining, and reporting personal and organizational data
• advise our employees and managers on payroll and time&attendance related matters
• support payroll activities, to ensure quality and timeliness of salary payments
• support annual cycles driven by global teams

• university degree or status as a final-year student (full-time availability)
• ability to solve problems and communicate effectively, supported 
• proficiency in English (communicative level of French is a plus)
• action-oriented approach with a good eye for detail and ability to meet challenges head on
• advanced skills in MS Excel, keep to adopt quickly to the new technologies
• professional experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits or International Assignments (Global Mobility) and knowledge of SAP,SFEC or other HR system would be an asset ...
