your tasks
- execute in accurate and timely manner in accordance with Guidelines (Risks and Control, Legal, Data Privacy and IT Security requirements) weekly/monthly/yearly Payroll and Time & Attandance activities;
- data consolidation and validation of data completeness and consistency;
- all necessary checks in compliance with SOX/chart of control as a base for payroll acceptance by management;
- corrections of errors though other teams (P&C, Finance, IT, payroll vendors);
- answer on employees and other function questions/requests engaging market representative or payroll vendor if needed;
- day-to-day cooperation with providers by responding to requests for information/ clarification around processes affecting payroll and time management, resolution and solving of inconsistencies, addressing and solving errors, etc;
- agree with service provider on yearly PY calendar and communicate outcome to impacted teams: P&C, Finance, IT;
- issuing POs for payroll & T&A service
what we expect
- university degree;
- experience in internal or external payroll processing or finance / HR delivery processes and systems;
- English at the level C1;
- responsibility;
- high tolerance for stressful situations (working within up to 10 markets with different regulations, vendors/systems, calendars; tight deadlines; requirement for utmost accuracy).
