- preparing and supervising the development of production plans in accordance with the delivery schedule to customers
- optimization of production plans
- taking corrective actions in the event of an insufficient quantity of goods being produced
- ordering the necessary production materials
- cooperation with the Purchasing and Logistics Department to ensure continuity of orders for necessary production materials
- informing the Sales and Customer Service Departments in advance about any technical problems, risk of delays in order processing and other difficulties
- ensuring the transparency of the computer system supporting plant management and maintaining the order of planning data, as well as optimizing the planning process by implementing improvements in the system
- test planning in cooperation with the New Product Development Department
- compliance with organizational and quality procedures, GMP principles and occupational health and safety regulations
- min. 1 year of work on a similar position or in a manufacturing company
- English language skills (min. B1 level)
- very good knowledge of MRP planning
- good Excel skills
- highly developed communication skills
- strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills
- nice to have: experience with SAP
