We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Business Support Analyst, ready to support purchasing and financial processes in a global environment. If you are fluent in English and adept at problem-solving, this opportunity is for you!

your tasks

• creating purchase requisitions in the system on behalf of the business stakeholders
• monitoring and updating purchase orders status
• verifying documentation and recording goods/service receipts in the system
• regular cooperation with Business Units, Accounts Payable, Payments Team, and the Procurement Department
• resolving day-to-day operational issues

what we expect

• minimum 2 years experience in Finance area of an international company
• fluent in English; knowledge of French language will be an asset
• strong communication skills and solid customer focus
• proactive problem resolution
• agility and a continuous improvement mindset
• ability to work independently and set priorities, delivering results within agreed timeframe
• strong Excel skills and good knowledge of Finance / Procurement Systems (SAP/ Coupa would be an asset)
