Your primary focus is the accurate and swift execution of financial transactions related to pricing conditions: from authorizing discounts and rebates to finalizing the processing of customer claims. This role is accountable for the integrity and cleanliness of data within corporate systems (SAP), which serves as the foundation for sales process efficiency and compliance with all auditing and legal standards.

The Sales Administration Specialist will be responsible for the accurate and compliant execution of sales conditions and the efficient management of customer claims, acting as a crucial link between Sales, Finance, and Master Data teams.
Discount & Rebate Management: Accurately administer and execute all standard and tactical sales conditions (discounts, pre-order schemes, etc.) within SAP. This includes the setup, maintenance, monitoring, reporting, and reconciliation of complex rebate agreements in alignment with G/L accounting standards.
Customer Claim Resolution: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of diverse customer claims (e.g., price, VAT, service errors), ensuring swift cross-functional coordination, validation, and the timely issuance of credit/debit notes.
Data Integrity & System Support: Act as the guardian of customer master data accuracy and provide essential support for month-end closing and audit activities. Actively participate in continuous improvement and sales automation initiatives to optimize processes.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure comprehensive documentation for all processes (discounts, rebates, and claims) to guarantee full audit readiness and adherence to internal and external standards.
- Fluency in English (B2/C1) & Spanish (C1) or Polish (C1) is essential.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales administration or customer service,
- University degree in business, economics, or related field,
- Strong analytical and organizational skills,
- Proficiency in SAP and rebate management tools (e.g., Pricefx, xSuite).
Nice to have:
- Experience with claims workflows and credit note issuance.
- Ability to work in a matrix environment and manage cross-functional coordination.
- Familiarity with EMEA regional pricing and compliance standards.
