You will be the specialist responsible for the financial integrity of client and supplier transactions. Your day-to-day work will directly influence business operations and client satisfaction.
master the billing cycle: you will take full command of the invoicing process—from creating and validating invoices, credit memos, and debit memos to managing complex self-billing procedures for key accounts and car dealers;
be the guardian of accuracy: act as the ultimate checkpoint. You'll proactively perform manual adjustments and corrections, ensuring every piece of billing data is flawless and complies with all legal and e-invoicing standards across the EMEA region;
turn data into insight: don't just generate reports; analyze them. You will track monthly transactions, conduct variance analysis, and provide key insights that help leadership make informed, data-driven decisions;
become the pricing expert: you will validate pricing for sales and purchase orders, check competitor data, and ensure every line item aligns perfectly with contract terms (even complex "out of contract" items);
be the central problem-solver: act as the key liaison between departments. You'll work closely with service centers to resolve discrepancies, coordinate with IT to troubleshoot system issues, and communicate clearly with all stakeholders on billing queries.
- excellent command of Polish (Native or B2/C1) and good working proficiency in English (B2);
- experience with SAP is a significant advantage;
- technical Knowledge: you understand pricing structures and the fundamentals of contract validation;
