About the Role:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects across operations, leading the implementation of new technology solutions, and ensuring seamless onboarding of new clients. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, support operational functions, and work closely with technology teams to enhance business efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Lead end-to-end project delivery across operations, focusing on system development and client onboarding.
Define project plans, manage timelines, and allocate resources to ensure timely delivery.
Gather business requirements and translate them into technical documentation (BRDs, MDDs).
Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing.
Identify and resolve issues using root cause analysis and maintain defect tracking.
Act as the primary point of contact between business and technology teams.
Support production validation testing and post-implementation reviews.
Ensure all procedures meet regulatory, risk, and audit requirements.
Monitor project progress, capacity planning, and team workload distribution.
Conduct team training and contribute to strategic department initiatives.
Represent the department during audits and ensure compliance documentation is up to date.
Drive process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and service quality.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Financial Services
- Strong knowledge of financial operations and change management
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in business requirement documentation and test planning
- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Self-motivated and solution-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
- Comfortable representing business interests in both internal and external forums
