We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Planning Transformation Expert to join our client in the FMCG industry. - Support the deployment of the global planning transformation (system & process) to local Market, Sales, Manufacturing units, and Supply Planning hubs, including testing, integration, and dry runs
- Develop training materials and deliver training sessions for Key and End Users to ensure effective adoption of new tools and processes in OMP
- Train planners and key users (statistical forecasters and operational planners) to build accurate and reliable forecasts and supply plans using AI, statistical models, and heuristics in OMP
- Drive change management activities, ensuring stakeholder readiness and smooth Go-Live transitions, including support during hypercare
- Monitor and improve OMP planning performance, including solvers, heuristics, and forecasting models, to ensure planning accuracy and system reliability
- Lead key user communities, fostering user adoption, satisfaction, and continuous improvement in both demand and supply planning processes
- Ensure high data quality by monitoring and enhancing master and transactional data used in forecasting, supply planning, and production scheduling
- Optimize planning models using data such as historical sales, promotions, product lifecycle, and market insights to improve forecast and supply plan quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, supply chain, marketing, finance, IT) to align inputs and ensure effective planning and S&OP processes
- Promote data-driven and autonomous planning, supporting the adoption of Zero Touch and exception-based planning approaches
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Econometrics, Operations Research, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in supply or demand planning, ideally in a digital or AI-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience in forecasting, statistical analysis, inventory optimization, heuristics, and mathematical solvers.
- Familiarity with advanced planning systems—especially OMP—is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to solve problems independently and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience working in cross-functional environments.
