We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a key player in the defence industry, for an experienced System Engineer. You will be assigned to a project of strategic importance to national security, contributing to the development of mission-critical systems.

Requirements & Definition: Collaborate with customers and industrial partners to define comprehensive System Requirements, including mapping out evolution paths for future product development.
System Integration: Lead functional integration aspects, including the definition of Systems Architecture and the generation of Interface Control Documentation (ICD).
Verification & Analysis: Define System Integration Requirements and Verification Plans. Conduct thorough post-trial analysis and generate detailed reports.
Documentation & Reviews: Produce high-quality technical documentation and lead technical reviews, both internally and with the customer.
Collaboration & Support: Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to resolve technical issues and conflicts. Coordinate technical communication and responses between the company, the customer, and industrial partners.
Education: Technical engineering degree.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar System Engineering role.
Systems Expertise: A highly driven Systems Engineering practitioner, ideally with knowledge of the full Systems Engineering lifecycle.
Requirements Management: Ideally, demonstrated experience in the eliciting, writing, management, and verification of system requirements.
Language Skills: Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1 level) is mandatory. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Polish are essential for leading technical forums with specialists, partners, and senior management.
Security Clearance: Must currently hold or be eligible to obtain a Polish Security Clearance at the “Secret” level (“Tajne”).
Industry Experience: Experience in the defence sector is a distinct advantage.
Travel: Willingness to travel regularly within Poland and monthly within Europe.
Mindset: Ability to work proactively and maintain flexibility, quickly adapting to shifting program priorities.
