your tasks

• lead the deployment of Bar Raiser accreditation process and Leading Talent Program according to the deployment design
• communicate with key stakeholders in the process of deploying the programs
• act as the first point of contact for all deployment queries
• actively identify ways to make the deployment process and reports more efficient
• establish reporting structure to appropriately capture deployment progress, completion status, key program highlights and lowlights vs metrics
• provide support to talent and performance processes and projects such as but not limited to management of translations, updating of capability building or process deployment materials etc.

• 4 years + of experience in managing training or program delivery
