- apply behavioural science and psychological theory to workforce data to understand and predict employee behaviours, attitudes, and outcomes,
- design and conduct behavioural research (e.g. surveys, experiments, observational studies) to inform HR and organisational strategies,
- partner with data analysts and scientists to integrate behavioural insights into predictive models and dashboards,
- develop and test hypotheses relating to employee engagement, retention, motivation, leadership, culture, and change management,
- advise on the psychological impact of policies, programmes, and organisational changes,
- translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for HR and business leaders through reports, presentation packs, and visual storytelling,
- ensure compliance standards, data protection, and employee confidentiality are maintained in all research activities,
- maintain knowledge of latest and emerging behavioural research, tools, and methodologies relevant to the workplace.
what we expect
- master’s degree or higher in Psychology (Behavioural, Organisational, or Occupational), Behavioural Science, or a related field,
- strong understanding of behavioural theories and their application in workplace settings,
- experience in research design, statistical analysis, and data interpretation,
- proficiency in analytical tools,
- collaborative mindset and experience working in cross-functional teams,
- a passion for using data and psychology to create more effective, inclusive, and human-centred workplaces,
- deep understanding of HR functional areas, People related data and business strategy alignment,
- strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
