We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client from the financial services industry for the position of Business Analyst / Senior Project Manager.
The selected candidate will support a technology project portfolio in the finance and risk domain, working closely with project and tech teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

your tasks
- Lead new business on boarding projects across Operations;
- Formulate detailed project plans, analysis of effort, cost and impact on various compay businesses to ensure timely execution and mitigate potential risks;
- Build and manage an effective project team and ensure accurate, timely and responsible delivery of all agreed changes;
- Ensure that all necessary Project documentation is maintained and all necessary Client and Internal approvals for the project are obtained;
- Cooperate with Business, Oversight, Relationship, Product stakeholders to effectively deliver projects;
- Challenge the status quo, drive improvement and competitive differentiation by proposing and implementing innovative solutions
- Ensure implemented process is compliant with local and global regulations;
- Support high quality of service delivered by the team;
- Ensure all issues / potential issues are escalated appropriately and in a timely manner;
- Lead solution of a project issues across multiple business areas;
- Perform regular and ad hoc trainings for team members;
- Additional business oriented tasks requested by manager.
what we expect
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within Financial Services;
- An excellent understanding of Financial Operations.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Project Manager role.
- Knowledge of Fund Accounting and Performance reporting will be an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written),
- Excellent communication skills,
- Ability to work on own or part of a team,
- Ability to work under time pressure,
- Ability to project manage a programme stream,
- Ability to create a project plan and identify potential risks and issues and proactively prevent them from occurring or manage them to resolve quickly if they occur,
- Ability to build relationships with various project stakeholders
